It's great to have you back on common leader, podcast, nation. I'm your host, John Gallagher, CEO, founder, and success coach for growing champions. In season one of the uncommon leader podcast, I published more than 20 episodes of value adding content from, and for uncommon leaders. Now I've got to tell you, there are a lot of really, really good podcasts out there. And I believe that the uncommon leader podcast has the potential to be really, really great, even uncommon in the world of podcasts. Thus, I did some personal reflection on what I thought went well in season one and what could have gotten. And I'll be bringing some new things this season, stopping a few things and continuing to work to equip you to be the uncommon leader you can be at work and life and season one of the uncommon leader podcast, I interviewed several. Uncommon leaders who shared their stories, stories from their youth. It's still the impact who they are as a leader today. And they told me what they wanted to tell everyone else. If they had the chance, both their successes and their failures. I had executives and leaders from healthcare manufacturing, high school, sports ministry, executive coaching, and even more. All of them were individuals who made an impact on me. And I hope they made an impact on you as well. The podcast. Your comments about how the podcast may have impacted you. The listener were really inspiring as well. One listener commented, John, you hit another home run with your guest coach Cruz. He was great. I can really relate to how he stretches his players, challenging them to become good people and Excel in life. And for me though, I want even more engagement engagement that brings together a nation of people who know or are looking for their purpose in life. And to have an impact on the people in their life, an impact that is remembered and shared for generations to come. Now, that would be the greatest story ever told that my friends would be uncommon leadership. So I'll continue to have excellent leaders who have made an impact on me with their leadership style.
